We hope to retire soon, so we have our buildings for sale. They were built in 1875. The main building is about 2450 sq. ft. The carriage house is 560 sq.ft. There are 2 apartments above the main building and one apartment above the carriage house. The property includes a garden and parking in the rear. The buildings are in very good condition.
